China gives a 15 days ultimatum to India..!

hallo world,

The 15-page document released by China on Wednesday is remarkable statement that is open to layered interpretations.
This piece concentrates on a few quick takeaways while examining certain claims for veracity.

China is planning a "small scale military operation" to "expel" Indian troops from The Doklam area "within two weeks", an article in the State-run Global Times said here Saturday.

Quoting Hu Zhiyong, a research fellow at the Institute of International Relations of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, said The series of remarks from the Chinese side within a 24-hour period sends a signal to India that there is no way China will tolerate the Indian troops "incursion into Chinese territory for too long."

"The Chinese side will inform the Indian Foreign Ministry before its operations", he told Global Times. Hu also said India would have to "bear all the consequences", and that ties between the two countries were "severely dameged".

The Indian Foreign Ministry has said "if China wants to discuss the matter both sides should withdraw their forces and talk," Indian Foreign minister Sushma swaraj said.

Withdraw troops than talk- The Chinese foreign ministry

Hallo world,

The two sides have been locked in an escalating confrontation for more than a month in the southernmost part of Tibet in an area also claimed by Indian ally Bhutan. The crisis was triggered when Chinese teams began building a road onto the Doklam Plateau, known as Donglang in Chinese. The Chinese foreign ministry has said the road work was being carried out on own territory, and urged India to pull back troops 'promptly and unconditionally'.

India on Thursday said it was ready to hold talks with China about both sides pulling back their forces to end stand-off in the Himalayas, but Beijing has insisted its rival withdraw troops first.
Chinese foreign ministry spokesman Lu Kang said Indian troops had illegally entered is the foundation and re-requisite of any meaningful talks, Lu told a daily press conference.

Liu Youfa, the former Chinese consul general in Mumbai, on Wendnesday told China Global Television Network there were only three options for the Indian forces: withdrawl, captivity, or death.

Indian foreign minister Sushma Swaraj said China had demanding that India move its troos out of the area. " if China wants to discuss the matter, both sidesshould withdraw their forces and talk," Swaraj said.

What happen when India & china go to the war..!

hallo world,

Chinese and Indian troops have been locked in an eyeball-to-eyeball stand-off for over 40 days in a desolate region of the Himalayas that is also claimed by India's ally Bhutan. Both sides blame each other for escalating the dispute by deploying troops in the area

Sun Shihai, an adviser to the Chinese Association for South Asian Studies, said the worst military stand-off  in more than three decades would fuel anti-Chinese sentiment in India, as mistrust and hostility between the two countries run deep.
If not properly handled, the border row could have a long-term impact on china's efforts to expand its diplomatic and economic influence beyond the Asia-Pacific region with its ''one belt one road initiative'', he said.
''India is most important strategic partners for China's 'Belt and road initiative' because of its geographic location,'' Sun said.

China is heavily reliant on imported fuel and according to figures published by state media, more than 80% of its oil imports travel via the Indian Ocean or Strait of Malacca.
Macau-based military expert Antony Wong Dong warned that Beijing's hardball politics are pushing New Delhi further away and could end up making it an enemy.
China is playing psychological warfare but it should realise that even if it defeated India in a war on land, it would be the impossible for PLA navy to break India's maritime containment he said, pointing to the importance of the Indian Ocean as a commercial lifeline.
Wong said. ''India is strategically located at the heart of China's energy lifetime and the 'Belt and Road Initiative' and offending India will only push it into the rival camp, which (Beijing believes) is scheming to contain China by blocking the Malacca Strait and the Indian Ocean.''

What happen when chinese controlled doklam plateau: danger for India.

Hallo world,

The Indian army has pitched in tents, indicating that they are unlikely to retreat unless there was reciprocity from china's People's Liberation Army personnel in ending the face-off at an altitude of around 10,000 feet in the sikkim section.

A steady line of supplies is being maintained for the soldiers at the site' official sources said, signalling that Indian army is not going to  wilt under any pressure from china.

According to a report in the times of India , India has move 2500 troops from there peace-time deployments in Sikkim to further reinforce its proactive stance.
Behind the human chains, both side have amassed troops and military  hardware. even Chinese has conducting the military exercise simulating battlefield scenarios. the sound of artillery and gunfire can be heard from the Indian side many miles away. The Chinese are, obviously, making a lot of noise on ground zero.
As can be seen on the map, China want's to push the India-Tibet-Bhutan tri-junction further south to make Dka la, which is now well within India, in to  a pass that opens to the chumbi valley.

The Chinese want to do this for many reasons, the primery being startegic.
If the Chinese can push the tri-junction south and occupy the Doklam plateau they will gain tremendous advantage over the IA and RBA (Royal Bhutan Army).
The vital rail and road links passing through siliguri corridor would
then come within range of Chinese artillery.
If the Chinese succeeds, Bejing would have effectively humbeld India and delivered a debilitating bloe to India's prestige and ego.

Some reports said Beijing has sent a surveillance ship, the Haiwang Xiang, to monitor the Malabar Exercise. A Yuan-class diesel-electric submarine, the seventh underwater boat to be deployed by China in the Indian Ocean region since December 2013, is also currently in the region after an operational turnaround at Karachi.

Nathu La and Cho La clashes in 1967

hello world,

Earlier this month, Indian troops intervened to block the path of Chinese People’s Liberation Army soldiers engaged in building road-works on the Doklam and nathula pass.  Though no shots were fired, this was the first time that India used troops to protect Bhutan’s territorial interests.

★But few people know's that indian's gave bloody nose to the chinese PLA in 1967 at nathu la pass sector.

 It again started with sentries.

Minor scuffle between Sikh sentries and the Chinese on 30th September on a flat patch of icy land of about five metres on the unmarked boundary was the start of the stand off.

Information of scuffle reached late to CO, Major KB Joshi, but he didn’t waste anytime in telling Lt Rathore about anticipating a Nathu La like backlash. The CO decided to take stoke of the situation and thus reached Rai Gap area on the way to De Coy positions in morning.
When Gorkha taught them a lesson ::
Naib Subedar Gyan Bahadur Limbu was having a heated argument with his counterpart at the sentry post during which he rested his right foot on the boulder under dispute. The Chinese kicked his foot away. Gyan put his foot back and challenged them. Events were moving quickly.
By this time the Chinese had taken up position, presumably because their commander had already taken a decision to escalate the incident. And one of the Chinese sentries bayoneted Gyan wounding him in the arm.
The Gorkha’s response was swift and soon both arms of the Chinese who hit the JCO were chopped off with a Khukri. At this point the Chinese opened fire and the two sides engaged in a firefight at close range. Lance Naik Krishna Bahadur, the Post Commander, then led a charge against the Chinese in the vicinity who were forming up for an assault. Although hit and incapacitated, he continued to harangue his men forward.
Rifleman Devi Prasad Limbu directly behind his Post Commander was already engaged in a close quarter battle with the enemy and his Khukri took off five Chinese heads.
In this clashes 340 chinese troops were killed at nathu la and chau la pass. 34 indian troops were killed. this was the bloody nose given by the indians five years after 1962 war defeat.
Thank you.

Indian and chinese troops face-off in sikkim.

hello world,

Chinese troops have intruded into Sikkim leading to a face-off between Indian and Chinese soldiers there for the past ten days.A scuffle between the soldiers of the sides are reported as Indian troops jostled with their Chinese counterparts to prevent them from advancing further. However, both the sides were not carrying arms.

Beijing has blamed India for the tension by obstructing road construction in Donglong, a disputed territory between China and Bhutan. China asked India to withdraw its troops from Donglong region to end the standoff. The face-off was sparked in Doka La, falling in the strategic Chumbi Valley, at a tri junction bordering India, China and Bhutan.

“According to my information, the two Governments are in touch over this issue,” Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Geng Suhang told reporters, declining to elaborate whether it was due to any weather-related issues like landslides and rains the pilgrims were stopped by the Chinese officials at the Sino-India border. He said the issue was being discussed by the two Foreign Ministries.

As Indian and Chinese troops are now in a standoff situation there, senior officers from both the armies held a flag meeting to resolve the issue on June 20 but to no avail, sources said in New Delhi on Monday.

The pilgrims were scheduled to cross over to the Chinese side on June 19 but had failed to do so due to inclement weather. They had waited at the base camp and tried to cross again on June 23 but were denied permission by the Chinese officials.

In New Delhi, External Affairs Ministry Spokesperson Gopal Baglay had said that some difficulties were being experienced in the movement of pilgrims through Nathu La and that India is taking up the matter with China.

General Rawat visited areas under the 17 Mountain Division, tasked to guard the India-China border in the Sikkim sector, and was also briefed on operational preparedness.

thank you.
